My social issue

My social issue is about a debate if sport leagues should do more to  to prevent concussions and other sports injuries. It’s a social issue because there has been professional sport athletes that have gotten a specific head injury that has led them to an early retirement or even death and also because school across the country are working to make sports safer for the students who play sports. People such as a few NFL players say that they know the risks and that whatever happens after they get or give a hard hit and causes an injury that it just has to happen. (In regards to safety concerns) I believe that sport leagues, such ass professional and high school, should do more to prevent players from getting any kind of injury or concussion. I think its the best solution because it would make any sport much safer to play for anyone. Some PROS are that many professional players think they don’t have to worry about the risks and safety concerns in the sport they play. Some CONS are that many sport leagues such as the NFL are making changes to protect the players and make the sport somewhat more safe than usual.
